About Me

A muscular male bodybuilder is posing on stage in a bodybuilding competition, flexing his right arm and kneeling on one knee, shirtless and wearing a small black posing suit, with a serious expression on his face.
A man in a green tank top with graphic designs of characters Dr. Banner and Mr. Hulk, holding a dumbbell in one hand and reading a book in the other, standing in a gym with dumbbell shelves and exercise equipment in the background.
A man dressed as Wolverine from the X-Men with claws extended, standing next to a person dressed as a comic book character in a blue and yellow costume, striking a pose with one hand on head and the other arm outstretched, in front of a large Marvel logo.

I was once just a nerdy, asthmatic kid who wanted to look like the comic book character on my t-shirt. That kid received his first set of weights at 12 years old, became a multi-sport athlete, and hasn't looked back since.

Now I'm a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who's been helping others look (and feel) more like superheroes for over a decade. As a coach, I aim to help my clients reach their goals through customized solutions that use fitness to enhance daily life, not consume it.

Shaped by my experience as a physical therapy aide and competitive natural bodybuilder, my approach to fitness is both straightforward and scientific. You won't be subjected to cookie-cutter routines or trivial fitness fads when working with me - whether your goal is to build serious muscle, reach new levels of strength and athleticism, or simply learn the basics, I'll provide an individualized fitness program to get you there.

As someone who stays up to date on industry research, my methodology focuses on utilizing knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and anatomy to maximize gains while minimizing injury.

I strive to give my clients the tools for self-sufficiency and long-term success, not just another workout or program. I offer individual and partner fitness programs and my ultimate goal is to help you build the body you want and give you control of your health. I firmly believe that strength is for everyone.

When not training myself or others, I can usually be found playing beach volleyball, watching anime, or running a game of Dungeons & Dragons.
