I specialize in helping people look (and feel) more like superheroes
I was once just a nerdy kid who wanted to look like the comic book character on his t-shirt.
But since 2011, I’ve been a personal trainer who helps others build the body they want through the power of exercise science.
Whether you’re looking to build muscle, reach new levels of strength and athleticism, or just want to finally shed those last ten pounds, I can help you make it happen.
When not training clients (or Pokemon), you can probably find me reading comics, running a game of Dungeons & Dragons, or playing beach volleyball.
Justin is a great coach. He has a great scientific approach to fitness that I appreciate. In addition, he really cares about establishing trusted relationships with his clients.
Year after year, together we've made real goals and, through thoughtfully tailored programs, achieved them.
He is reliable and easy to work with, great at tailoring routines to my needs, and he keeps every workout entertaining with his great sense of humor.
His programs constantly evolve to keep things fresh and incorporate the latest science, but always remain intuitive and easy to follow.
He developed workouts that fit into my work/life schedule, and adjusted them as needed. Justin works with you, as opposed to making you work his program.
Justin helped me get back (and even better than) normal activity and sports after I had reconstructive knee surgery.
He is genuinely interested in you achieving your goals and his science-based knowledge, coupled with his methodical approach, will get you there.
I have greatly increased my overall strength and fitness. My only complaint is that I didn’t find him earlier.
Working with Justin has gotten my shoulder to a place where I don't have pain and can lift heavy without having to worry about having a "bad shoulder."
Justin has real passion for fitness and a real authentic desire to help people help themselves.
